Meridian – Framework/MTC has announced a mixed-use residential and retail development along Meridian Avenue from Washington Street to Whiting Street. Channel Club II – Mercury Advisors and ECI Ventures are designing and constructing a new mixed-use residential tower with 351 dwelling units at the corner of Channelside Drive and Twiggs Street and Daniel Corporation is now constructing a 19-story 332-unit mixed-use residential tower at the corner of Twiggs Street and North 12th Street just east of the Belle Channelside Apartments.
